Welcome to TrustTaxBridge. These terms govern your use of our site and the purchase of services, info products, and goods. By engaging with the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

TrustTaxBridge provides corporate tax and compliance consulting services. Details of the scope and deliverables are outlined in the individual engagement agreement.

2. Info Products

We offer digital publications, reports, and templates designed to support corporate tax and compliance matters. Access is granted via a secured download link.

3. Goods

Physical materials such as guidebooks or printed reports are available for purchase. Shipping times and fees are specified at checkout.

4. Payments

Payments are due at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure accurate payment details.

5. Refund Policy

Services: Full refunds are available for service engagements if a written request is received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled commencement date. Once work has begun, no refund will be issued due to resource commitments and scheduling. However, you may request a transfer of the service date or consultant subject to availability at no additional fee.

Info Products: Refunds for digital products are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the download link has not been activated. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Goods: Physical items may be returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility. Once returned items pass inspection, a full refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Note that custom printed materials are non-refundable due to production expenses; this is indicated at the time of purchase.

6. Transfer Policy

Requests to transfer service dates or to reassign digital licenses must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the original date. Transfers are subject to availability and do not incur additional fees.
